I enjoy working in a team where people share ideas and talk openly. I look for chances to learn new things and grow in my career. I’m excited to work on projects that help me improve my skills. A positive work culture is important to me, and I value a good balance between work and personal life, with flexible hours and the option to work from home. On the other hand, I don’t like workplaces with bad communication or where there is no clear information. I don’t do well in jobs where I can’t learn or advance.
